1.1. OÜ Amarela online shop offers products and services available on the webpage http://registration.amarela.ee
1.2. The terms and conditions are a contract between the customer and the online shopping environment, Amarela Ltd. In addition to these terms and conditions online shopping consumer credit laws regulate the purchase of goods and/or services.

2. PRICING
2.1. All prices are in euros and include VAT.
3. HOW TO BUY
3.1. Select the desired product and add it to shopping cart by clicking “Registration fee”
3.2. After entering the required data choose a payment method. You confirm the order by clicking “Confirm”.
3.3. Within 72 hours you should receive confirmation of your order via e-mail.
3.4. By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete and not misleading.
3.5. We do not take responsibility if you have provided inaccurate information resulting in impossible delivery or other consequences.
4. PAYMENT METHODS
4.1. You can safely pay for your order by credit cards (Visa and MasterCard).
4.2. Payments take place outside the online store environment according to the bank or payment service provider, in a secure environment.
4.3. We have no access to your bank or credit card data.
5. RESPONSIBILITY
5.1. The terms and conditions apply both to the seller and the customer. If these terms are violated by any of the parties, current legislation of the Republic of Estonia will apply.
5.2. The seller is responsible for the pricing in the online environment.
5.3. You agree to deal with us in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws.
5.4. If the online shop fails to provide the service you will be informed and refund issued within 28 working days.
6. PRIVACY POLICY
6.1. By accepting the Terms and Conditions you agree to our personal data processing.
6.2. The information you provide goes to our client register and is used for customer service, for sales and marketing purposes.
6.3 In operating our website we may collect and process the following data: your contact information, information of the purchases made. This information shall be treated as confidential and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
6.4. We may use your personal data and send you an e-mail about special offers and promotions only if you have given us your consent.
6.5. Customer data between banks and card payment center is encrypted, which ensures your personal data and bank account data security.
6.6. Payment execution takes place outside the online shop environment, according to the bank or payment service provider, in a secure environment. The online shop has no access to your bank or credit card data.

7. TERMS AND ALTERATIONS
7.1. By registering or placing an order you aknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
7.2. The sales contract between the Seller and the Customer comes into force once the funds have cleared in the seller’s bank account.
7.3. All prices are subject to change, advance notice is available on our website. The transaction is applied to current prices and conditions.
7.4. From time to time there may be errors on our website such as wrong pricing etc. We may decline or cancel any orders that are affected by the error.
8. OTHER CONDITIONS
8.1. Disagreements between the Customer and the Seller are resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the Customer has the right to seek legal advice from Harju County Court, Consumer Protection Board and/ or Consumer Complains Committee.
